CITYGATE Housing has identified 3000 homes that will be used on a Rent2Rent, to both Social Housing Groups and Supported Living Providers. CITYGATE will rent these properties from the current landlords, who in turn agree to CITYGATE leasing these properties to the above government funded companies, in return for guaranteed rental contracts on a 3-, 5- or 25-year lease.


With annual accounts of £1.2m in just 8 months, and a total fundraise of £6m, we are confident we can overachieve our target of housing 3000 families by the end of 2024.
